Registrar & Collections
The estate holds 14,000+ catalogued images, 1,200+ dressed exhibits, and a harvest pipeline drawing from the Library of Congress, NYPL, the Met, the Smithsonian, and other open collections. The Registrar keeps it honest.
You will
Own the accession record: provenance, rights, and licensing on every object. Run the rights-review queue. Govern the harvest pipeline's intake standards. Maintain catalog quality. Produce the collection reports the Director reads closely.
You bring
Registrar or collections-management experience (museum, library, or archive). Working knowledge of image rights and open-access licensing. Database comfort. Meticulousness that survives volume.

Total compensation is built in three parts: the base salary target; the ability to generate additional comp tied to what your desk grows (enrollment, membership, collection value — measured, not vague); and stock grants — equity in Urbanicity LLC (membership units) vesting with service, so the founding staff own part of what they build.
