Our objects are digital: century-old photographs, ephemera, documents, and prints harvested at varying quality. Conservation here means restoration ethics applied to pixels.
You will
Set restoration and colorization policy — what may be cleaned, what must not be touched, and how both are disclosed. Run the image-restoration bench (AI-assisted cleanup with human judgment). Define archival standards. Audit exhibits for conservation drift.
You bring
Photo restoration or digitization experience (archive, library, or studio). A considered position on AI restoration and disclosure. Portfolio required.

Total compensation is built in three parts: the base salary target; the ability to generate additional comp tied to what your desk grows (enrollment, membership, collection value — measured, not vague); and stock grants — equity in Urbanicity LLC (membership units) vesting with service, so the founding staff own part of what they build.
